The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified firms/organizations to submit electronically sealed tenders, under the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) System Capacity Grant (SCG) for the provision of professional services to conduct a Situation Analysis on Education Access and Continuity in Myanmar.
Main expected procurement components:
The assignment consists of an independent mixed-methods education situation analysis focusing on education access, participation, interruption, and continuity in Myanmar.
The key activities include the quantitative analysis of nationally representative 2025 household survey microdata provided by UNESCO, complemented by targeted qualitative data collection in selected locations, and the integration of quantitative and qualitative findings to generate policy-relevant evidence.
The expected outputs comprise an inception report and analytical plan, qualitative data collection tools and field protocols, interim quantitative analysis outputs, draft and final analytical reports with annexes, and presentation materials for learning and dissemination.
The assignment requires a multidisciplinary team with expertise in education sector analysis, quantitative analysis of large-scale household datasets, qualitative research, and mixed-methods integration and analytical reporting.
The assignment is expected to be implemented during the period from June 2026 to January 2027.
